How we handle your information.
Short version: we only collect what you type into our contact form, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, and, if you add them, your phone number, the property's address or neighbourhood, the service you're interested in, and your message.
We don't ask for anything else, and you can browse the whole site without giving us any information.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you: to answer your question, prepare a rent estimate, or follow up about your property. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Where it's kept
Your message is saved in our website's database and sent to our email inbox, so it doesn't get lost. Both are protected by passwords, and only Rentwise can see them. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to work with you, then delete them.
Cookies and outside services
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download them, which shares your IP address with Google. See Google's privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email hello@rentwisepm.ca and we'll take care of it.
We follow Canada's federal privacy law for businesses, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you have a concern we can't resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
